With the law on the reorganization of wire tapping (law on the reorganization of wire tapping and other covert enquiries as well as the implementation of Directive 2006/24/EC), telecommunications providers are required to store data for six months and provide law enforcement and other authorized agencies with information on master and connection data.
With c.-AIS, Cedros offers solutions that integrate the entire process of storing and disclosing data without causing media disruptions within an application. Through individual adjustment to your needs and a high degree of automation, we can offer you an efficient and cost-effective solution.
In this solution, the technical interfaces are developed for connection to existing back-end systems. The system’s modular design enables it to connect to existing systems and adapt to future legal regulations and requirements.
These Cedros solutions are specifically tailored to the needs and requirements of the German market. They support the electronic interface to the authorities (ESB), which enables electronic transfer of information requests and of resulting data between the authorities and the telecommunications providers. Cedros is prepared to react as quickly as possible to meet the requirements of the impending technical directives based on the ETSI standardization for exporting data in XML/ASN.1 format, as well as the possible new regulations of the claims for compensation according to the Judicial Remuneration and Compensation Act (Justizvergütungs- und Entschädigungsgesetz, JVEG).
