c.-RiskManager – Risk documentation according to German Corporate Sector Supervision and Transparency Act (KonTraG).

Risk management based on Lotus Notes for corporate enterprises that are requested by law to keep records of their risks and arrangements for risk minimization according to German Corporate Sector Supervision and Transparency Act (KonTraG).

c.-RiskManager enables enterprises to record their risks decentralized, evaluate and condense them into a risk matrix. By using c.-RiskManager, the collection of relevant data from several branches in different countries as well as the integration of external consultants in the process of evaluating possible risks will become possible. The result is an integrated digital workflow process that guarantees current data and meets all legal requirements.

In view of the introduction of Basel II Accord and requirements of the German Stock Companies Act, corporate enterprises are bound to list company risks, evaluate them and specify appropriate steps for prevention.

Acquisition of data is done via Notes Client or a web browser. Configurable help texts and multi lingual user interfaces assure precise entry of required data.


Dedicated access role and rights management starts an email based workflow that forwards all relevant information to one central location (e.g. Top Management, Internal Audit, etc).

Documents can, any time, be delegated for further processing, and additional information can be collected via electronic questionnaires.  An intergraded news function informs all parties involved about important amendments.
