ArcotID combines the security of a SmartCard with the advantages of a purely software-based solution.

A new authentication technology offers a solution that has long been the dream of many corporate IT security administrators: a rigorous authentication technology that is secure, cost-effective, and at the same time easy to handle.

Traditional PKI approaches use hardware devices (Token, SmartCard etc.) for private key protection. This leads to high costs for the implementation, logistics, and operation of such a solution.
